When the number of bottles reaches a certain number, the system will automatically block the bottles behind. When the bottles in front are filled, it will start to release automatically and let the bottles behind fill the empty space, so as to realize no filling without bottles. When the bottles enter the lower position of the filling head, other working sections will stop, Only the filling head works. When the bottle leaves, the filling machine head will stop working, the track part will work, and the bottle stopper will be released. The bottles from the bottle washing machine are then sent into the filling machine by the conveying bottle, sent to the bottle supporting cylinder of the rotary table through the bottle feeding star wheel and raised. The bottle mouth tightly presses the blanking port of the filling valve under the guidance of the centering device to form a seal.

After the bottle is vacuumized, the back pressure gas in the liquid storage cylinder is flushed into the bottle. When the gas pressure in the bottle is equal to the gas pressure in the liquid storage cylinder, the liquid valve is opened under the action of the liquid valve spring. At this time, the object is automatically filled into the glass bottle along the bottle wall through the guiding action of the umbrella reflection ring on the air return pipe, and the CO in the glass bottle is replaced back into the liquid storage cylinder through the air return pipe. When the object rises to a certain height and closes the air return pipe orifice, it will automatically stop lowering the object. Then close the liquid valve and gas valve to discharge the pressure gas at the bottleneck to prevent the gushing of gas carrying objects when the glass bottle drops, so that the whole filling process of the equipment is over.
